- Aircraft Pilot
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Repairman
- Aircraft Dispatcher
- Flight Controller
Aviation Personnel
- Aviation personnel who are qualified and granted certificate by the Civil Aeronautics Administration
- Performance Analysis Engineer / Loading Engineer
- Aviation Ground Handler
- Flight Operations Officer (should pass the Civil Service Special Examinations for Civil Aviation Personnel)
- Other aviation related personnel
